BONE & SINUS GRAFTING

What is Bone Grafting?
For an implant surgery, there must be adequate amounts of healthy bone to support the dental implant.
Sometimes due to dental extractions, trauma, periodontal disease, infections, or other causes there might not be enough supporting bone. For a successful implant surgery, bone grafting may be necessary to fill in the missing bone structure within the jaw. The process will be done prior to the implantation.

The gap will be filled with artificial bone for repair or additions then there is a waiting period for it to attach and strengthen naturally within the jaw.
After a few month or directed by the dentist, the area will be ready for dental implants.
