Dr. Kay Park
Our principal dentist Dr.Park graduated from The University of Sydney and has been practicing for over 25 years. She has extensive knowledge in general dentistry expanding to implants, cosmetics, orthodontic and even clinical skin procedures.
Her philosophy is to create a clinic which provides service and treatment of highest quality whilst making sure her patients leave satisfied. This has been the foundation of Dental Focus for over 20 years.
Dr. Park’s ambitions motivate her to explore and improve areas in the dental field. She completes many professional development courses endorsed by the Australian Dental Association, providing updated industry specialty knowledge and innovations.
Dr. Park will always be involved in all aspects of the clinic, mentoring her staff and dentists and ensuring the team is in the same spirit. Outside of work, she applies her infection control protocols within the household.
Dr. Wonhoe Chung
Dr. Won-Hoe Chung is our senior dentist in the Strathfield clinic, and has completed Bachelor of Dentistry at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea in 1986. He also completed Masters in TMJ and Occlusion. Since then he has been working as a general dental practitioner in Korea for 10 years and migrated to New Zealand with his family. He ran his private practice in NZ for 12 years until he moved to Sydney.
His interest lies in general dentistry including implant surgery via 3D integration, TMJ & occlusion, crown/bridge, denture, endodontics (root canal) treatment and restorative dentistry.
Outside of work Dr. Chung enjoys spending time with his wife, being involved in cultural activities and improving his golf swings.
Dr. Danny Chung
Dr. Chung completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Otago (NZ) in 2004. Since then, he worked as a general dental practitioner in NZ and migrated to Australia in 2010.
Dr. Danny’s interests lie in surgical procedures and implants, especially in advanced technologies that further guide his perfectionist work. He has mastered digital scanning and processing complex implant cases from single to multiple. Being invited to the ADX2020 as a mentor on his knowledge in digital implants.
Outside of work, Dr. Danny loves spending time with his little girls.
Dr. Sumin Lee
Dr Lee is a general dentist at Dental Focus Strathfield. She graduated from University of Adelaide in 2015 and enjoys treating patients of all ages. She is passionate about making dental visits as comfortable as possible through her attentive listening and gentle personalised care. She especially loves interacting with kids and helping them develop good oral hygiene habits that keep their teeth happy and healthy. She also offers treatment under happy gas.
In her spare time, Dr. Lee loves to practice guitar and bake treats.
Dr. Jun Lim was born in South Korea. After graduating from high school in South Korea, he moved to Australia to study dentistry at Adelaide University. After graduating from the University of Adelaide, he moved to Singapore to expand his clinical experiences.
While working in Singapore, he continued studying and attending various courses in order to broaden his basic knowledge in dentistry. He built up clinical experiences in dental implants and surgical extractions of broken teeth and wisdom teeth.
He is interested in dental implantology, oral surgery and orthodontic treatment. After working in Singapore for three years, he moved back to Australia in 2018 to continue on working as a general dentist.
He values patient feedback as he believes it will help him become a patient orientated dentist. Now, he is providing all aspects of dental services such as fillings, crown, root canal treatment, dental implants and tooth extraction. He is regularly attending meetings and seminars as he is willing to learn advanced knowledge and technology in dentistry.
Dr. Lim will provide all the necessary information to guide his patients for the best dental treatment plan. His ultimate goal is patient satisfaction in his dental services.
Regina Lee has completed Bachelor of Science (Anatomy and Histology) at Sydney University. Upon graduation, she saw potential in Oral Health Education and completed her Bachelor of Oral Health at Sydney University. She is currently registered as an Oral Health Therapist (dental therapist/hygienist).
Her interest lies in the general maintenance of the mouth, teeth and gums. For adults she will assess and treat your gums to prevent you suffering from gum disease. For children (under 18 years) she will provide oral health education and dietary advice to prevent dental decay. She can also provide dental treatment such as sealants, extractions and restorations for that age.
