Wisdom Tooth Removal Parramatta
Wisdom teeth are the third molars at the very back of our mouth. They are the last teeth to emerge, usually in our late teens or early twenties. Wisdom teeth are notorious for causing problems. This is because there is often insufficient room in the mouth for these extra teeth. So, the wisdom teeth might push the other teeth out of alignment. Or they might emerge at an odd angle. Or they might not fully emerge, remaining partly covered by the gum. In any of these situations occur it is often best to have the wisdom teeth completely removed.

Dental Procedure for Wisdom Tooth Removal Parramatta
CONSULTATION
The Dentist may take an x-ray to fully understand the situation. They will explain the type of extraction (surgical or non) required.
REMOVAL
Often the Wisdom tooth is extracted the same day as the consultation. You are in good hands, and under local anaesthesia.
A single wisdom tooth removal should take 30 minutes to 1hr. Surgical removal may take longer.
AFTER CARE
We provide after service care instructions and an icepack to reduce the swelling. We will contact you to check upon your healing progress.
